Axis Real Estate Inspections is owned and operated by lead inspector Amandeep (Andy) Punia. Andy Punia is TREC licensed and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) who started this company 5 years ago with a vision in mind to provide a top-notch one-stop home inspection service that can cater to clients for all their inspection needs. Before getting in the Home Inspection industry in 2016, Andy Punia worked in the insurance industry as a Property Insurance Adjuster and Agent.

Following our evaluation, we will compile our findings in an easy to read and understand report, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos of any issues we have discovered. We will email you the report mostly the same day or within 24 hours, and we are available to answer any questions you may have.
Our job isn't finished until you understand everything in your report.
Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive, impartial, and independent home evaluation so that you can make an informed decision regarding your investment.
If we miss anything, we’ll pay you whatever price you paid for the home. Honored for 90 days after closing. Valid for home inspections performed for home buyers by participating InterNACHI members. Home must be listed with a licensed real estate agent. Excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected per InterNACHI’s Residential Standards of Practice.
CLIENT understands that under the "We'll Buy Your Home Back" Program, InterNACHI purchases the home – not the INSPECTOR. INSPECTOR's role is limited to his/her participation in the "We'll Buy Your Home Back" Program, but InterNACHI purchases the home. CLIENT understands that INSPECTOR has no obligation to purchase the home under the "We'll Buy Your Home Back" Program, and CLIENT’s sole remedy for any failure to purchase the home is against InterNACHI.
InterNACHI will pay up to $10,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. Claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado.
Our Home Inspectors are HAR ( Houston Association of Realtors ) members and carry a Supra Key to access lock boxes on the property.
